Meet the Innkeepers of the Rogers and Brown House B&B, c.1700, Ipswich, MA

Frank and Johanne offer guests special accommodations in our historic, colonial home. "We want to make our guests feel comfortable”. We will be happy to help you locate local attractions, make restaurant reservations and share the local history of Ipswich, America’s “First Period Town”. Whether you are coming for a special event, a romantic getaway. discover your ancestry or just relax, our colonial inn is far more personal than a hotel.

We have three guest room accommodations: one large King suite and two lovely Queen rooms. Each has private bath and lovely traditional decor. We have completely refurbished our home to offer our guests modern amenities like AC, WiFi and flat screen TV. Johanne’s artwork can be seen throughout the B&B. There are two sitting rooms, patio and gardens available to our guests. If you are looking for the feel of a colonial inn, but the personalized attention of a B&B, book a stay with us.

We take pride in attending to the details that make our home “a special oasis” for our guests. We strive to maintain cleanliness standards both in our home and in food preparation. We select fresh berries, offer fresh baked breads and serve a generous and delicious full chef's choice breakfast. We understand that some of our guests have allergies and medical conditions that require a custom breakfast. Please inform us of your special needs when booking.
